Refund Policy

At Red Robin Marketing, I care deeply about offering thoughtful, supportive services and digital resources that help small business owners feel confident in their marketing.

That said, there are different terms depending on what you’re purchasing:

 

Digital Products (e.g. workbooks, templates, downloads)

Due to the instant access nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. When you purchase, you’ll receive immediate access to the download, so unfortunately I can’t offer refunds for change of mind or accidental purchases.

1:1 Services (Power Hours, Strategy Sessions, Marketing Mentoring, etc.)

Refunds for services are considered on a case-by-case basis. However, in general:

  • Power Hours and one-off strategy sessions are non-refundable once booked.

  • If you need to reschedule a session, please give at least 48 hours’ notice — I’ll always do my best to accommodate.

  • If I need to cancel for any reason, you’ll be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

 

Retainer or Ongoing Projects

For monthly retainers or project-based work:

  • A signed contract will outline the terms, deliverables, and cancellation process.

  • If you decide to cancel early, I may retain a portion of the payment based on time already worked or services already delivered.

 

Issues or Concerns?

If something isn’t right or you’re not happy with a service or product, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I want every client and customer to feel supported and I’ll always do my best to resolve any issues fairly.
