Meet the founder...

Samantha Nelmes

Hello, I’m Sam – founder of Red Robin Marketing. I live by the Suffolk coast with my two children, surrounded by sea air, cups of cacao and matcha, and an ever-growing collection of houseplants.

Red Robin Marketing was inspired by the robin – a small bird known for confidence, clarity, and showing up with quiet courage. They remind me that marketing doesn’t need to be loud to work; it needs to be intentional and sometimes a little brave. That belief sits at the heart of how we do things.

I know how easy it is for marketing to slip to the bottom of the list or become the thing that feels confusing or draining. My aim is always to make it feel more grounded – something you understand, feel connected to, and can maintain without relying solely on social media.

Samantha Nelmes about me

Why I Started Red Robin

I’ve spent more than 17 years working across almost every part of marketing – designing websites, shaping content, running campaigns, and helping businesses develop their brand.

Over the years, I’ve seen just how powerful good marketing can be. I want to share that knowledge with small business owners so they can grow in a way that feels energising rather than overwhelming.

A big part of my work is helping people realise that marketing is broader than social media. You don’t need to be on every platform, and you don’t need to chase constant visibility to see results.

Instead, my focus is on helping business owners build clarity and confidence – in a way that feels manageable, supportive, and aligned with how they work.

Marketing That Goes Beyond Social Media

Alongside a small team of trusted specialists, I help take the confusion out of marketing – whether that’s your website, SEO, content, email, or paid ads. And if you’re looking for guidance rather than done-for-you support, mentoring is always an option too.

Yes, we support social media – but only as part of a bigger picture. The goal is always to build a marketing system that feels steady, strategic, and sustainable. Something you can rely on – not something you have to constantly chase.

If you’d like to explore what that could look like for your business I’d love to hear where you’re at and how we can help.
